This extremely amazing phenomenon is actually a perfect display of light reflecting itself on tiny ice crystals that float in the air. Even though it’s rarely visible in the cities, people have seen it and to our surprise, they have even taken amazing photos of this stunning occurrence. This marvelous phenomenon can occur practically anywhere in the world, but it’s more commonly found in cold areas. Light Pillars appear when natural or artificial light reflects off the facets of small particles of light that float relatively close to the Earth’s surface.
