In January 2017, Russia experienced a cold, extreme weather, temperatures falling below minus 35 degrees Celsius. Few Russians decided to clear snow from outside their apartment building when, obviously, a mass brawl broke!
Russian police have arrested some men after they started a fight. While a couple of neighbors were clearing the snow from outside their building, a driver paid no attention to residents’ requests to keep out of the courtyard while the snow-clearing was taken place.
